It's great to know that Anshuman and Paakhi are back from Singapore and they seem quite elated about returning back home. Well that was expected! After all, their love for each other is beyond words.

Paakhi's return has enlightened the whole mood in the family, however, will it continue being so? On a side note, little Ayaan is thrilled to see his mother back. He was in an extremely joyous mood, and it was a delight to watch him that way!

So here is the surprise that we have been talking about. While Paakhi is welcomed back to the family, there is yet another member waiting for her!

Anshuman has a younger brother Aryaman. Yes you heard it right!
Apparently, Anuja had a second son after Anshuman and if that's not enough, we get to know that Aryaman is Anshuman's 'humshakal'. Yes they are lookalikes. Anshuman becomes elated on getting to know about his younger brother, but is Aryaman really a part of the family or is going to mean trouble in Anshuman-Paakhi's paradise?

To find out, keep watching 'Tumhari Paakhi' every Monday-Friday at 9.30 pm only on Life OK.

With the rains having arrived, we can finally drench ourselves after a long wait. From garma garam bhajiyas with chutney to aloo parathas that make your day! Are you ready to experience another pleasant monsoon?

However, Monsoons can be unpleasant in many ways as well.
While the refreshing monsoon rejuvenates us, it also brings along a lot of diseases. How do we ensure that these diseases bring in no harm?

Be it food poisoning, cholera, cold, cough, jaundice, typhoid, we're all prone to catch these diseases, especially children and the elderly.

Is it advisable to be care-free during the monsoons? Not always. We must keep in mind a few things to avoid unhealthy situations. Read on to find out more!

1. Drink a lot of water-
Make sure you keep yourself hydrated this monsoon. Due to the high humidity, sweat does not evaporate easily
and that is the reason why it is advisable to consume a lot of boiled water .
2. Avoid street food-
Make sure you keep a balanced diet as during the monsoon season the digestion is slow. Hence, one must eat moderately and only when hungry. Eat clean and fresh food. Remember to wash all your fruits and vegetables before consumption.
3. Keep clothes & footwear clean-
During monsoon, lose cotton clothes are the best choice. Avoid wearing jeans and tight fitted clothes. Try using talcum   powder to avoid fungal infections. Do not wear wet shoes and avoid walking barefoot.
4. Avoid puddles and pot holes-
Avoid wetting your feet and save yourself from puddles as much as possible.  Usually these puddles can lead to fungal infections and athlete's foot.
5. Exercise as well as rest-
If the morning drizzles make you lazy, exercise at home. Make sure you flex your muscles every day and avoid sleeping during the day.

We hope the above mentioned tips will be helpful   to you! Do share some of your own tips to us!
