We asked our Life OK stars about the kind of tattoo they would prefer.. Have a look at what they had to share...

ACP Kabir is on his investigation to look for Trisha. He started to suspect Trisha's friends, Prateik's business rivals even family. But who could it possibly be? Although something very strange occurred lately. Amrita found a threatening message on Trisha's i-pad. It strangely said, "Trisha you bad girl. You will die." Hmm..so who could have sent Trisha such a message? A friend or foe?

After tracing the IP address, ACP Kabir found out that the message was sent from none other than Lavanya Swaika's computer. So that leaves us to a conclusion that someone messaged Trisha through Lavanya's computer. It could possibly be her son Bobby, Meghan, her husband or even her for that matter! Besides, there are others who use the computer too; including the staff and friends,

From the latest episode we got to know that Lavanya seems to be having an extended connection with Prateik's business partner Prem. That's so strange! So could they be responsible for Trisha's disappearance?

We already know about the threatening calls Prateik has been getting from an unknown stranger who claims to have Trisha. He has demanded for 5 crores from Prateik. With the help of Prem, Prateik arranges for the entire cash amount. But who is behind all of this? Is it a combined effort or does it have nothing to do with the Swaika family?

To find out, keep watching 'Laut Aao Trisha' every Monday-Friday at 10 PM only on Life OK.

As bold as the promo looked, the new show 'Laut Aao Trisha'  seems to be quite impressive. In the first episode of the show, Jai Kalra a.k.a Pratik Swaika plays the role of a businessman who is celebrating his birthday with his close friends and family. Bhagyashree, as gorgeous as ever plays the role of Amrita Swaika, Pratik's wife. Pratik and Amrita have an 18 year old daughter Trisha and a little one named Sana.

We know that the Swaika's belong to a high-society family and hence, their celebration also looked quite grand! Champagne, cake and drinks were over flowing throughout the party! Trisha even made a video for her beloved father which was quite special indeed! But which kids these days want to celebrate just with their parents? They always have post plans, don't they? The Swaika kids had a plan too.

Trisha being one of the favourites in the family requested for permission to go for a beach party along with Vibhan, Bobby and Megan. After quite a lot of convincing, they managed to get permission and took off. The  kids seemed to be having fun at the party. Dance, alcohol, music and what not. Who would not enjoy such an atmosphere? But the question is- can we trust these places and the people?

The Swaika children refused to answer any calls or revert back, and that is where the problem began!  It was 2 AM and there was no sign of the children till then. Everyone was paranoid about their whereabouts. On reaching the destination, they found Vibhan, Bobby and Megan. But where was Trisha? No sign of her at all. They made innumerable calls but nothing helped them reach Trisha. We wonder how worried Trisha's parents must be!

After everything they tried, they finally approached ACP Kabir. So do you think ACP Kabir be able to find her? Well, we really hope so!

Keep watching 'Laut Aao Trisha' every Monday-Friday at 10pm to find out more.

The time when Anshuman and Paakhi performed a salsa sequence on the song 'Sholon si'  .. Their performance was outstanding which surprised everyone around them as well.

Every relationship has it's ups and downs, and Anshuman and Paakhi have also gone through the same. The one time she was upset with him, he took it upon himself to prepare some delicious jalebis for Paakhi. How sweet is that!

Another one of their lovely moments was during Holi when Anshuman and Paakhi were 'high' in love  . It was so adorable to see them both giggle, dance and enjoy themselves together, right? We must say, their chemistry made us  go 'aww'.

To end this list, lets remind you all of their classis moment, when the song 'Bahon mein chaliyaan' started playing accidentally. When Anshuman & Paakhi's eyes met, it seemed so romantic. The chemistry they shared in this scene was unbeatable!

Well, Laajo is a simple beauty with brains but looks like the simplicity is getting away very soon. Reports state that Laajo is now going to turn into a Star. Now isn't that exciting?

Yes you heard it right! Laajo, the simple innocent village girl is soon going to transform to a town belle. It also means that the same Laajo who is usually wrapped around in sarees and a long plait will soon appear in minis and an attractive hair-do!

We must agree that Laajo is working quite hard since Barkha challenged her to become a star. After all, Laajo is deeply in love with her beloved hubby and needs to prove herself. Barkha was the one to challenge her as that was the only way she would accept Nikhil and her relationship. We wonder whether that's going to happen!

Looking at Laajo's efforts, we must say that there is a drastic change in her personality, right from her dressing sense to her attitude. This gives her the complete freedom of being herself. Her new avatar has managed to surprise everyone, including her! Nikhil is equally relishing the moment of pride for his wife. Kudos to her for that!

We really hope that Laajo wins the competition and proves her love for Nikhil. Do send in your good wishes for her!

However, Monsoons can be unpleasant in many ways as well.
While the refreshing monsoon rejuvenates us, it also brings along a lot of diseases. How do we ensure that these diseases bring in no harm?

Be it food poisoning, cholera, cold, cough, jaundice, typhoid, we're all prone to catch these diseases, especially children and the elderly.

Is it advisable to be care-free during the monsoons? Not always. We must keep in mind a few things to avoid unhealthy situations. Read on to find out more!

1. Drink a lot of water-
Make sure you keep yourself hydrated this monsoon. Due to the high humidity, sweat does not evaporate easily
and that is the reason why it is advisable to consume a lot of boiled water .
2. Avoid street food-
Make sure you keep a balanced diet as during the monsoon season the digestion is slow. Hence, one must eat moderately and only when hungry. Eat clean and fresh food. Remember to wash all your fruits and vegetables before consumption.
3. Keep clothes & footwear clean-
During monsoon, lose cotton clothes are the best choice. Avoid wearing jeans and tight fitted clothes. Try using talcum   powder to avoid fungal infections. Do not wear wet shoes and avoid walking barefoot.
4. Avoid puddles and pot holes-
Avoid wetting your feet and save yourself from puddles as much as possible.  Usually these puddles can lead to fungal infections and athlete's foot.
5. Exercise as well as rest-
If the morning drizzles make you lazy, exercise at home. Make sure you flex your muscles every day and avoid sleeping during the day.

We hope the above mentioned tips will be helpful   to you! Do share some of your own tips to us!

Vinita Joshi Thakkar aka Yamini of 'Baawre' seems to be living her dream. She is playing the main lead in her new show 'Baawre: Chal Jahan Chalen Mann Ke Paav Re'.
Vinita is super excited playing the protagonist who is a singer. She says, "Playing a singer is a very different experience as the way they communicate is very different. I personally watch a lot of videos to see how singers perform as it would help me get into the skin of the character.”
