We all know how our country is still dominated by men. This is just another story of how a male dominated family got involved in a serious crime.
Manoj, a drunkard, lived in a male dominant family. He used to unreasonably beat his wife while being intoxicated. Manoj's wife Sushma, used to visit the hospital regarding her pregnancy.
One day, Manoj's brother notices Sushma with Harsh, who was a social worker. Manoj starts to believe that Sushma has gotten involved into an extramarital affair. He starts beating her for being unfaithful to him. On finding out Sushma's condition, Harsh files a complaint to the police against Manoj's family.
Later, Sushma was seen suffering from severe burns. On the other hand, Manoj was found dead. Their daughter Chumki was found missing. Who was responsible for all of this?
The police arrest Manoj's brothers for trying to burn Sushma alive and for killing Manoj after Sushma testified against them. How unreasonable of the brothers to indulge in such a heinous crime!
